R.L. Volz Landscaping and Nursery was founded in Louisville, Kentucky in 1989 as a family landscaping and ground maintenance company. Through our commitment to quality, we have achieved substantial growth, and have been able to continue to recruit staff members who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to both commercial and residential clients in Louisville and the surrounding areas. Along with this increase in our company’s size, we have been able to include additional services that better meet our clients’ landscaping requirements, such as the growth and development of our own quality nursery stock. We believe that the major factor in our success is our ability to deliver creative and cost-effective solutions to every landscaping need. And in order to continue to provide our customers with the best service, staff and equipment are readily available to keep virtually all projects moving and on schedule… whatever the weather may do.

Each of our teams is led by an account manager with a crew leader as an “on-site” supervisor. Any one of our professionals can answer your questions, or has access to resources that will enable him to find the answer for you promptly. Both account managers and crew leaders are equipped with mobile phones, providing clients the ability to reach them at any time. It is our intent to be available to you at all times during the day to take care of your maintenance needs.

As a company who believes in a teamwork approach, we set goals at the beginning of the year to win the Beautification League of Louisville Award for properties we service. This honor has been awarded to our Company in recognition of the quality service we have provided for several of the properties we maintain.
